Dinak relaunches its Dinaflex range: innovation and efficiency in duct renovation

As a result of ongoing effort and active collaboration with our partners, we are now able to offer the widest range of market solutions, specifically designed for duct renovation.

What is Dinaflex?

The Dinaflex range includes a double-layered flexible coil made from stainless steel, specifically designed for the lining of existing brick chimneys with bends. This solution is ideal for renovation projects and can be used in both natural draught and positive pressure installations.

Key Features

  • High-Quality Materials: manufactured from AISI 316L stainless steel, these coils guarantee exceptional durability.

  • Innovative New Packaging: we can offer a cardboard dispenser with an unravelling device, allowing for easy unwinding of the coil, cutting, and compact storage, optimising cleanliness and organisation at the worksite.

  • Double-Wall Design: with a smooth inner wall of 2 x 0.10 mm, pressure losses are minimised.

Competitive Advantages

The Dinaflex range not only offers superior performance but also multiple advantages that set it apart in the market:

  • Marked Every Metre: clear identification of installation direction, remaining quantity, diameter, material, and batch number.

  • High Temperature Rating: capable of withstanding temperatures of up to T600 with N1 airtightness class and soot fire resistance, ideal for biomass applications such as wood and pellet stoves.

  • Flexibility and Strength: allows for bends of up to 45° and exhibits high tensile and flexural strength, compliant with EN 1856-2 standards.

  • Condensate Resistance: designed to be completely airtight and resistant to condensate penetration.

With the relaunch of the Dinaflex range, we reaffirm our commitment to innovation and quality. We are excited to provide solutions that not only meet but exceed market expectations. Discover how Dinaflex can transform your next renovation project!
